The University of California’s Division of Agriculture and Natural
Resources had a flying Drone Clinic on 26 July at the WDA field.
They had about 40 Students and 6 Instructors from all over California.
The Clinic was a three day course with classes and drone flying, the
students were learning what is required to get an FAA Drone certificate
under part 107 for commercial agriculture operations. They seemed
to appreciate our field and our support. All the students got
stick time flying the drones
